Patient:

Dentate or Partially Edentulous

The Allure team will download all needed data sets: digital RX, pre-op scans or models, and CBCT data will be imported. The three data sets are merged and aligned utilizing multiple points of commonality. Allure will notify the surgeon and restorative doctor via email that the files have been received.

Once the plan is ready for review, the Allure team will notify the surgeon and the restorative clinician via email. An online meeting is scheduled to review the case. During the review, the following design aspects of the case will be covered and discussed such as but not limited to: alignment, bone reduction, implant placement, choice of multi-unit abutments.

The surgeon and the restorative doctor will have to approve the plan prior to production of any guides and PMMA. Once approved the surgeon will be sent the implant plan and material list for the case. At this time, you can choose to send us the parts or have Allure provide you the parts and charge you for them.

We require 10 working days not including shipping and holidays for all guides and PMMAs manufactured. An email will be sent to the doctors notifying them that the guides and PMMA have been shipped.

The guides and PMMA must be paid up front prior to fabrication. A $1000 cancelation fee, will apply if the production of the guide has already occurred. Additional savings are available if the final restoration is added to the plan and paid upfront.

Model Matching & Clean-Up

In this phase, the CBCT data will be segmented and matched to the pre-op model scan and the approved pre-design. Once completed, all anatomical landmarks, tooth segmentation and proposed bone reduction as dictated by the transition line and prosthetic requirements for the case.
