These General Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of all products sold by Allure Dental Studio ("Products"), regardless of order method and shall apply to the use of this web site and shall be considered an integral part of the sales contract that the user of this web site("you", "your") forms with Allure Dental Studio, LLC ("Allure Dental Studio", "we", "us" or "our"), upon placing an order through this site.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Prices
All prices published on our website may be changed at any time without notice. All prices will be our price in effect at the time of delivery, quotes will be valid for a period of 30 days. All prices are subject to adjustment on account of specifications, quantities, shipment arrangements or other terms or conditions which are not part of our original price quotation.
Packaging and Shipment
All packaging and methods of shipment will be selected by you during the ordering process, but we will not assume any liability in connection with shipment nor constitute any carrier as our agent. We reserve the right to stop delivery of Products in transit and to withhold shipments in whole or in part if you fail to make any payment to us when due or otherwise fail to perform your obligations hereunder. All shipping dates provided are approximate only.
Delivery
All cases will ship to California using UPS ground and out of state using FedEx Express 2 day, any request for faster shipping will incur an extra charge. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery or failure to deliver which is due to any cause beyond our control. In the case of customized CADCAM appliances, where design pre-approval and payment is required; your failure to timely do so will delay delivery.
Payment terms and conditions
Prior to production the “Surgical Guide and Surgical Plan” liability agreement needs to be signed by both parties and payment in full by credit or debit card is required at the time of design approval and is non-refundable. - A $1,000 fee plus applicable taxes per arch will be assessed for case cancellation occurring after design approval and prior to the surgery date. - A non-refundable fee equal to 50% of the full cost of the package bundle selected plus any applicable taxes will be charged for case cancellation occurring after the surgery date and prior to the beginning of production of the final restoration. - The full price of the package bundle selected will be charged in the event of case cancellation after the production of the final restoration begins. - The Package bundle originally selected can be upgraded to a different product. The price difference between the original and new Package bundle selected plus any applicable taxes will be due at the time of the requested change. Package downgrades are not permitted.
Warranty
Allure Dental Studio guarantee that the Surgical Guides, PMMA and Final Restoration will fit the models/scans provided by you. Allure Dental Studio will not be responsible if the models/scans provided are inaccurate and will not warranty, refund of credit the account in such occurrence. If the case has to be started over, each step that need to be redone will be at full charge.
Allure Dental Studio warranties the following appliances against breakage starting on the date of delivery to the Doctor’s office as follow:
PMMA -6 months
Opal Z Screw Retained / Crystal Ultra-2 years
Opal Z Screw Retained with Titanium Frame-2 years
Opal Z Premium-2 years
