Why Choose the Allure AOX Guided Workflow

Significantly reduce surgery to conversion time. The Infusion sequential workflow allows the surgeon to easily complete their surgical procedures without having to manage the occlusion. The entire surgery is guided by the accurate seating of the UFP base guide.

Accurate and fast seating of the base guide. The UFP (Unilateral Fixation Platform) is unique in design as it requires only two 10X12mm areas of reflected gingiva to secure the bone. The UFK gains its stability from tooth/bone or denture aligner-based fixation. Dual verification leads to faster seating that is extremely accurate, allowing for a streamlined and very efficient chairside conversion.

A true sequential workflow allows the surgeon to complete the surgery without monitoring and checking the occlusion. The conversion is guided by the UFP base guide's accuracy and not by conventional chin-guided manipulation into occlusion and then verifying by measuring the VDO. Double arches are surgically sequenced, significantly reducing the time needed to complete the surgery and conversion time by half.

Typical single arch cases (Dentate) from surgery to conversion can be processed in 120 to 160 minutes. Dual arch cases can be completed in 4 hours or less.

Simple and Predictable Options for Bone and Surgical Guides

The Allure AOX Guided Workflow is the missing link that connects the restorative and surgical team.

From the restorative predesign, surgical plan converted PMMA temporary to final delivery. All cases are planned from the final prosthesis back to the diagnostic preplan. This method minimizes any potential restorative surprises and complications. The experts at Allure Dental Studio supports and ensures your case has been managed from pre-plan to the final delivery.

AOX Guided Workflow

1. Impression or Intra-Oral and Cone Beam Scans

Provide us with a CBCT scan, an upper and lower IOS or full arch impressions, a facial scan (optional but recommended) and our online prescription.

2. Diagnostic Pre-Plan Review

The first phase combines the inter-oral or model scans that will be utilized to design a new digital diagnostic proposal. Once the design is completed the Allure design team will connect with the restorative Doctor via Team Viewer to review and make fine adjustments if needed. Once all fine tuning is completed the restorative Doctor will need to approve the design.

The new Smile Proposal can be super imposed over the patient’s original smile for before and after comparisons.

3. Review and Approval of Implant Placement

Model matching and alignment. In this phase, the CBCT data will be segmented and matched to the pre-op model scan and the approved pre-design.

Once completed, all anatomical landmarks, tooth segmentation, and proposed bone reduction as dictated by the transition line and final prosthetic requirements for the case.

Implant planning. The Allure team will initially digitally place the required number of implants, multi-unit/SRA abutments, and guide sleeves. The placement is based on the aligned CBCT and the approved diagnostic model scans. Implant, abutments and guide sleeves

We will virtually design the patient’s new smile and plan for an optimal bone reduction and implant placement taking in consideration the clinical situation such as “bone density”, nerve and sinus positions.

We will schedule an online session with you to discuss and fine-tune the new surgical plan. You remain the final decision maker for your cases.

Once you approve the entire plan, we will fabricate all the required guides for your case.

4. Restorative Steps

Varies upon final restoration and techniques.
